Summary: Older Motel, but nice and clean with all the basics and in good order. Handy to San Remo and Phillip Island without being in the middle of the crush when busy. Nice wide parking bay at the front door. Friendly and efficient Staff….all good, thanks.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Pelicans, the check in process was really quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. It felt a little cold at night but the reverse cycle aircon really helped. Took a while to get hot/warm water otherwise we had a very comfortable stay and would recommend to others
